I saw Rachal prepare this last year and found it to be beyond delicious.I have done it as she does and I have modified with bacon, sausage, and beef when I am out of the rest, and it is still good. The allspice is the secret. She may ido it in thirty, but I take my time as it smells so good and I can have a little wine with it. Yum!

This is a very tasty recipe, with lots of tasty meats. It is a light pasta dish that isn't loaded down with a thick heavy sauce. The flavors of all the meats combine nicely and make for a good, One-pot meal always nice to eat on a cold winter's night!

This tastes like a real Bolognese sauce. You'd never know that it takes such a short time to make, although I can never make any of these recipes in just 30 minutes. I make this often.

It's a bit expensive to make, but it will spoil you. We can't bear to eat store-bought sauces anymore and a lot of restaurant sauces lack the bountiful flavor of this great sauce. Tyr it!

This was very good, but a little too meaty for my taste. I will make it again though. Maybe for Christmas!

If you're looking for a pasta sauce that is a bit different but nonetheless outstanding, try Christmas Pasta on for size. Your family or guests will rave. For variation substitute regular bulk sausage for Italian and then add red pepper flakes - some folks do not like the spices in the recommended Italian sausage. The cinnamon adds real character to this blend of flavors.

This meal is so wondeful. I actually make lasagna for the next night with the leftover sauce. It can be varied in lots of ways. I leave out the veal and add more ground beef. Everyone I have fixed this for loves it.
