Everyone devoured the past and salad. My wife and daughter liked the fudge so much we hads to make more as a gift for friends.

Made the Christmas Pasta and we all loved it. It really has that all-day flavor. Only sub I made was to use ground sirloin instead of the meatloaf mix, only bacuase taht's what I had on hand. Will make this one again for sure! Thanks for so many great recipes/methods Rachael!

While it might not take 30 minutes, I knew a good Bolognese sauce didn?t have to take several hours. This gem of a recipe, from her book 365, proves it. I understand the idea for nutmeg giving it a ?holiday? flavor, but I typically leave it out. As Rae would say Yum-O!

I have made this dish several times, for my husband and I and also for company. Recieved rave reviews. I will make this throughout the year, not just for Christmas. Thanks Rachael.

I made this on Christmas Eve and it was huge hit. Absolutely delicious. I served it in a white pasta bowl with a circle of cheese around the outside and a clump of fresh parsley in the middle - it looked pretty as a picture and had perfect colors for a holiday meal.

This recipe has become a holiday tradition for our family. I always make a double batch and freeze some for later meals for my husband and I.

This is the best! I made it for my family on the 5th Day of Christmas, it was so good, that the idea of saving 1/2 the sauce for future use was changed over to taking it to a brunch the next day. The brunch is a tradition for 8 extremely active volunteers who have become friends over the years - well all 8 will be serving this up from time to time and have requested this as a staple for the "Angel Brunches" of the future. Fantastic, seems such a poor explanation, but it's the best I can come up with. Thanks, Rachel

The taste in this dish was overflowing. I couldn't find any ground veal so I just used ground pork, mild sausage, and ground sirloin--it was great! Even better for leftovers.

I made this for New Year's Eve for my family and my sister in laws family. Everyone loved it. My VERY picky 4 year old asked to have it again the next day. (He doesn't like leftovers, and has never eaten them before!!!
Lots of flavor in this quick sauce. Going to make it again just so I can freeze it for even quicker meals!!
