This salad is so quick, but seems so gourmet. I actually used it as part of a fancy Christmas dinner, and again at Valentine's Day. Everyone loves it, and thinks I spent forever getting it together!

This salad is very refreshing. I loved the oranges and grapefruits. I came across this salad because I have I had some fruit left over from the holidays. It was wonderful!!

My husband and I love this! I've made it a couple of times. This last time I used raspberry vinegar. Very good!
