We tried making these recipes the night after seeing this episode. It really was as easy and delicious as Rachael said. The chowder was definitely better than canned and so easy with the hashbrown potatoes.

I cubed Russet potatoes to get more of a chunky soup, and opted for melted cheddar on sourdough as my dipping bread. Absolutely delicious and took no time at all!

This recipe was easy and absolutely excellent! I modified slightly by cooking the bacon by itself until crisp, then removed it and added butter and vegetables and sauteed until soft. I crumbled the crisp bacon on top of the finished chowder for garnish. I served this with Paula Deen's Onion-Cheese bread. A great combination!

Excellent and easy. I am not ahuge clam fan so I only add one can. It was great!

I have used several of Rachel's recipes and this is one of my favorites. Instead of frozen hash brown potatoes I used red potatoes sliced very thin. I used half 1% milk with the half and half. Also I used turkey bacon instead of regular.

I made this for our family's once a week get together and it was a big hit. It was so easy to make and was much better than what I have gotten in our local seafood restaurant. Lots more clams and so creamy and flavorful.

I made this for a group of friends and everyone went crazy for it. Not too heavy and the hash browns were so much better than big chunks of potatoes. Perfect for these cold New England days.

This recipe was easy and tasted as good if not better than clam chowder I have had at very popular seafood resturants.

    Just great!
