The meat and chicken marinade was awesome. The whole thing worked together very well. Might add a little more watercress the next time but otherwise, wouldnt change a thing.

This was one of our favorites lately! Soo good! I am going to try it again tonight, but cut the chicken. Perhaps I went with too thin of a cut, but it was dry and didn't add anything to the dish.

If you typically buy a salad from a cafe for lunch, try packing this instead; it's [probably] better than your usual! The dressing is so good!

I prepared this as a Chicken Cobb Salad (ommitted the steak and used romaine lettuce. I LOVE the flavor of lemon, but I'd gradually add the lemon juice/zest if you don't. The lemon flavor is STRONG as the recipe is written. This is a restaurant quality entree salad. I'll definitely be making this again!

I wanted to drink the marinade. I am going to try it on chicken breasts next. It is the marinade that makes the dish, I did not have chicken the first time I made this, we just had steak. I would put this marinade on rib eye, it was so good.

Awesome flavors! The meat had a terrific marinade and dressing was delicious. Great contrast in flavors. Used turkey bacon. Not sure about measurements on lemon in dressing. Recipe says to use juice of 1 lemon on greens then later says to use lemon juice in dressing. Not sure how to divide up so just winged it. Came out great! Also marinated meat longer an hour or so.

I used apple cider vinegar instead of red wine becase that's all we had in our house, and it turned out great. I also substituted the bleu cheese for bleu cheese dressing. Our daughter is gluten and dairy free, and it's so hard tofind recipes we can modify for her. We just took out the bleu cheese dressing for her, and she loved it as well. The rest of us ate this on kaiser rolls as sandwiches. Another great recipe by Rachael!

Even if you marinade the meat for 5 or 10 minutes, the flavor that comes through the meats is amazing! It's so easy and SO DELICIOUS!! Keep up the great recipes RR!!

I think it sounds great and I love the idea of changing it around with less lettuce and more toppings.

I use this marinade for a lot of different meats. It is great for London broil, shrimp, chicken, you name it (and of course it is great for the meat in the not salad as well. Thank you Rachel Ray, as usual you rock!

This is the best marinade I've ever had. I don't do store bought anymore.
