    very very good i will make this agian i love the marinade. although i didnt like the dressing to much. i think i just added too much lemon. my fault but overall it was great.

    This recipe is delicious. I add hard boiled eggs, spinach, and goat cheese instead of blue cheese and it is still great. very adaptable to your taste.

    This was so good. The meat was so juicy. I really enjoyed it. I liked the chicken the best but it is great with other meats as well. A sure winner!!!

    Very good. Makes tons. I added some cucumbers and egg. used lettuce instead. Very good the meat was awsome.

    My whole family loved the marinade for the meat (even the kids! I use it all the time over salads and for sandwiches. It will be a staple in our house.

    I did not ejoy the marinade at all. Although, the meat was tender. Way to much meat for my liking. My husband enjoyed it ... but not something I would make again....too much effort for this salad overall.

    I made the cobb salad using just the steak...came out wonderful and I had 2 teenage boys eat the entire thing and want MORE!

    I doubled the amount of the last dressing. My hubby likes wet salads. Also, we used a package of 'Mediterranean blend' lettuce as opposed to the watercress. Will make again, though it took longer than 30 minutes
