I just got to tell everyone that this is the best low carb non-salad. I would eat this everyday if I could. Great job Rachel Ray

I made this for opening day of football season. I will say that once my guest were convinced it was okay to mess up the presentation, everyone loved it. I was disappointed that I didn't have any leftovers though.

If you are looking for something not so standard to serve at a gathering, I highly suggest this salad. The extra meat will alleviate any worries about serving a "salad."

The dressing was amazing. It is a lot of meat on the salad though. I would recommend just using one meat preferably the steak!

Loved the marinade flavoring on the meats! The only downfall, for me personally, about this meal, was that it took longer that 30 minutes. The flank steak (which I cooked on my opened George Foremantook about 25 minutes to cook as opposed to the 7 on each side that the recipe suggests. Maybe it was just my grill...maybe it was the thickness of the steak...I'm not sure but I was disappointed that it took so long. As far as the taste goes, this meal was FABULOUS!

My husband and I enjoyed this so much that we have had it twice in a week. My only suggestion is that if you like dressing make a double batch.

What can I say except BRAVO Rachael. The chicken and steak with watercress, tomatoes and avocado was brilliant. Everything from the seasoning to the dressing was great and not to mention healthy. I have made this so many times it's not even funny. My husband is now wanting me to try it with fish! Gotta go to the store now!
