I just happend to see this yummy recipe on the food network and decided to cook it up for my husband and I. It was super easy to make and was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend it...and you bet I will be making it again and again!

I give these 5 stars for their taste and texture, but it is exactly as Kristen said - the mixture was very crumbly and hard to shape into patties, then the patties fell apart when I turned them. But they tasted fantastic, so I will try the more egg idea next time. Also, I used panko instead of fine crumbs. The fine crumbs might have made it stick together better.

The taste is outstanding, however my cakes crumbled horribly when cooking in the pan. Next time I will add an additional egg to see if it helps the cakes stick together better.

I modified this recipie somewhat and it was delicious. Instead of cod, I used salmon and I added an scallions, egg a mixture of panko breadcrumbs with normal breadcrumbs and some mayonnaise mixed with dijon mustard. The salmon cakes together with gravy and spinach mashed potatoes worked great and it is a definite winner...

I will use this recipe again. The dish received rave reviews from my family and it is a great way to eat fish.

We are trying to add my fish to our diets, and this is one my husband and kids loved. We will definitely make this again, and this time try freezing some.

Not being a big fish eater, this was wonderful. I used Panko crumbs. My whole family loved it - definitely a keeper!
