My daughter and I made this dish today. It is so delicious! I love the simplistic of the recipe. Went together fast and in the oven. The times were right on. Used my new Madeline to slice the onions, Potatoes and fennel thin. It worked AWESOME! Thank you Rachel Ray for this divine recipe that has become a family favorite. Can't wait to try it on more family!

Check for salt often - it's easy to under season this. I tried dill in place of the parsley and it worked very well. Still trying to figure out what to do with all of the delicious leftover liquid and veggies...

I made this for my family and they were not impressed. It lacked flavor for them and we had to break out some Mrs. Dash.

My husband is a picky eater and he like this recipe. It was good and I will make this again. However; I did not have a pan that could go from the stove to the oven. I had to transfer the food to a casserole dish. It had too cook in my oven for 45 minutes.

This is great and easy to prepare. Any mild white fish is fantastic- I used Grouper.

The cooking times are off. It lists the onion and fennel saute as 5 minutes. I sauted the onion and fennel for 15 minutes on medium, and it was just right. I then finished the recipe and put it in the oven for 15 minutes and the potatoes were NOT finished in that amount of time, and it needed another 10 minutes (they were thinly sliced. However, once finished it was really good for a cod dish being that cod is quite bland. Overall, it was very good and very healthy. I'd make it again. My family liked it, especially with dunking delicious crusty bread -yum!
