I was skeptical of the "cold spaghetti" concept but it's actually quite good. I let it cool to room temp and served it at a little get together and it was a hit. I tried it refrigerated the next day and quickly decided I liked it better at room temp than cold lol

It's hard to believe that this person is actually on the Food Network - her recipes are out in left field. I guess they appeal to the fast food group of today that don't know any better.

I thought this recipe was fantastic. My family was unsure until they tried it. BIG hit.

This is a great recipe, but I felt it needed a little more ZING than it had, so I added balsamic vinegar to it, WOW, made all the difference in the world!

I love this recipe and I also made the Chicken from the same show, it was a romantic night with my husband, thanks Rach!

In hindsight, one problem was that my market didn't have much of a chile selection. I wound up with a jalapeno pepper, which, after removal of the ribs and seeds, yielded no spiciness. I should have used dried crushed red peppers instead. Otherwise, the flavors were nice, but I was underwhelmed by the cold spaghetti concept. It's delicious if you heat it up in the microwave with Parmesan cheese, though. The leftovers didn't go to waste.

After printing the recipe I noticed it didn't call for the chile pepper that Rachael use on her show. Was this a mistake?
