When the corn is in season and the crab legs go on sale...this is a winner! The only changes I suggest are to add a bit more crab and more flour to thicken it up a bit more, even so, it's a bit runny, but it IS better than the full-cream versions. Shake some cayanne in for a nice finish. Better the next day.

This soup is easy to make with basic ingredients. It does not require a long cooking time. The crab flavor is very prominant.

This is such an easy soup yet so YUMMY! It's great to make for you family or for guests. It makes a great impression and seems like you worked so hard on it.

This chowder was my first to make, and while it tasted amazing it definitely needed 10 more minutes to cook the potatoes all the way through. every one who tried it loved it!!!

So basically you chop up some veggies, throw them in a pot, and you have chowder. Really tasty and super easy. I made it for my boyfriend and he loved it. I added some red pepper for more spice and it was delicious!

This was ok....I like a thicker chowder this was thin and a little bland.

I made mine from stone crab clusters rather than buying the pre-done crab. It took a lot longer, so I don't think I'll do that again, but the picky husband loved this soup! I thought it was great too.

All the guys that I live with LOVED these recipe, but for me, I don't know what it was, but I was not a fan of the sweetness in this chowder. It wasn't bad by any means, but it won't be something that I will make for myself.
