It was very good, and tasty, AND i adored the bacon in them. I found them a bit dry, to be honest. But, talk about easy! I am 13, and i made them all by myself.

No one liked these but me in my family! I didnt think they were that bad but i dont think id do it again just for me. Their biggest complaint was that they fell apart and kinda had a grainy texture, kinda like cornbread. We all expected a more soft muffin texture. IT could totally be my fault but i did everything by the book so i dont know. But overall they werent bad, i loved all the cheese.

I absolutely loved this recipe! Another hit for Rachael. I made the entire meal from this episode. I substituted fresh chives for dried chives and it worked really well. I will definitely keep this recipe.

These are so easy and soooo good. I didn't use paprika because I like the sweetness of corn muffins. The cheese, bacon and chives combine nicely. My husband ate the whole batch!

These were absolutely amazing!! I didn't have chives, and I used shallots (green onion and there were still sooo good! Also, I left out the EVOO, because the bacon I used had enough grease in itself. I also added a little paprika, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. I will never forget this recipe, and I will make sure to pass this recipe on! 20,000 stars from me!
