I didn't think there was much you could do to corn on the cob but the lime and chili powder really adds a lot of jazz to the corn!

If you want a really quick side dish, just add a bit of melted butter, lime juice, and chili powder to some frozen corn that you've heated up! Ready in less than 2 minutes, and delicious.

this was a great change for corn. My family loves corn on the cob with just butter. But now thay ask for it this way.

This is a great way to eat corn! I don't use the butter (though probably it's great and simply dip lime wedges in a small bowl of chili powder, then rub the wedge all over the corn. Powder gets transferred with juice. Delicious and lowfat!

The lime and chili powder give the corn a pleasant and welcome change of taste from the usual butter and salt. We enjoyed this entire meal which I made for the family.

I really enjoyed this twist on the traditional corn on the cob. Great with other Mexican dishes, also.
