yummy! Don't change a thing. Sounds like a lot of hot sauce but it's just right. You could also add avocado.

This is delicious, as I have found almost all of RR's recipes. It makes a huge vat, so it would be great for a crowd. Easy to make, too.

Love this more with half the hot sauce and a couple of TBS honey. The slight sweet with the lime and heat is amazing. Everyone loves this salad

I've made this salad a couple of times and everyone that eats it LOVES it. I like to grill the corn and add some cilantro to it also! Highly recommended!!

I'm trying to save time. Does anyone know how much frozen corn I should use?

Okay, I am not a veggie eater, i hate limes, peppers, onions, EVOO, hotsauce, and SPINACH. The only thing in this recipe i ordinarly would eat is corn, salt, and pepper.

It was DELICIOUS! i've never found a "salad" like this that i actually liked, Not to mention, it had everything i don't like in it. Absolutely wonderful salad!

    The flavor is amazing.

At first I was a little sceptical about the hot sauce. The sweet red pepper and the corn balanced the taste. The dressing had a unique flavor and the salad overall was devine!!! Go Rachel!!!!

Made this yesterday for a BBQ at a friends. Everyone loved it - so refreshing. My only caution would be on the hot sauce. I definitely didn't use half of what was called for (and I like hot food and it was very spicy. Actually I decided to add more dressing (lime juice and EVOO in order to cut down on the heat so that the kids could eat it too. The adults all went back for seconds. Easy recipe, will make again - might add grape tomatoes next time.

My hubby and I are fans of Frank's Hot Sauce and I think it gives the dressing just the right flavor! Great recipe for a refreshing, atypical summer salad! LOVE IT!

We loved this salad, but we don't like spicy hot, so I didn't use much of the Tabasco sauce at all. We could still taste the heat, tho and it was perfect. Will definitely fix this again and am looking forward to taking it to my next gathering where I can bring a dish. Thanks Rachel!
