I love this salad. Very easy to make, quick, and the taste is amazing....fresh and light. Great side with grilling.

This is an awesome recipie! I read the other reviews and just don't get it! Why would you review a recipie and call it "great" and then give it 2 stars? Geeze! The average rating is 4 stars and honestly there weren't any real complaints! Don't deduct stars because you don't like spicy and it is a spicy recipie! This is definitely a 5 star recipie and deserves EVERY star! If you say it is good....give it 5 stars...if it is bad...2 stars! Sheesh!

Once again Rachael your recipe is a homerun! The way you blend flavors is amazing. This salad is perfect for a hot summer day. Light and refreshing.
Went perfect with the sloppy joes. And I ams sure it will go great with a lot of other dishes as well.

very different from your typical "ceasar chicken salad" but it was nice. i forgot to add the salt/pepper so im sure it will taste better the next time. also rachel's technique for cutting the corn off the cob is pretty neat and very effective. kudos to rachel! next time i would use a lesser picante hot sauce...i used habanero tabasco sauce and it was a bit too hot/spicy for a cold salad...despite the fact that i love spice/hotness in the majority of warm dishes.

This salad was sooo good. I just couldn't stop eating it. And it was just so light and fresh and good for you! I absolutely would recommend anyone that enjoys a subtle hint of spice with a fresh salad to try this.
I kept the spinach separate from the salad until I was ready to eat it because it tends to wilt pretty fast.
