This dish was wonderful. I loved all the flavors in this recipe. My husband couldn't believe all the flavor in a dish I put together in a matter of minutes. The eggs noodles were such a hit.
Thanks again for an awesome recipe!

We absolutely loved this dish, it was so flavorful. We're going to do it with beef next time because the red wine and tarragon just seem a natural match with a really good cut of beef.

I added a few ingredients to this recipe.I added chopped red peppers, onion, garlic and twice the mushrooms,I used a semi-sweet wine with the tomatoes and reduced it down. Served it with french bread and salad..no noodles, Big hit! I would make this dish for guests.

This was very delicious. I think next time, I will use the dark meat only. The white meat tends to dry out in a braised dish such as this one. I made a side of linguini and used the sauce from the dish over the linguini. Everyone loved it!

Meal was a easy prep and full of flavor, fresh tarrigon and parsley gave the chicken a new taste, wine and vegetables sauce complimented the buttered egg noodles and sugar peas rounded out the meal. I will put a star next to this recipe in my collection.

This recipe is good if you like tarragon, but that is definitely an acquired taste. I have made this 2 times and the last time for a dinner party and only 1/2 of the people liked it. Its a good thing i always make 2 main course dishes!
