Very easy to make, but a great way to make spaghetti more interesting. This is one of those dishes that gets requested frequently at my house.

OMG! This was the best Rachael recipe I have ever tried! the flavors were excellent! Even my "picky" husband loved it! the only things I changed up were I used whole wheat thin spaghetti and more bacon! One can never have too much bacon right!? and I mixed the bacon right in with the sauce. I will be making this over and over again! Can't wait to try it out on the extended family too! I think even my 2 years old granddaughter will love it!

The whole family loved it! Did as others suggested and added bacon to the sauce. My kids don't like tomatio chunks in their sauce so I pureed the tomatos first. Had some time to kill so let it simmer on low for an hour. Cheddar cheese didn't sound right to me so topped it with parmesan.

I made this recipe exactly like it stated and it's very bland, just no flavor at all. It calls for 16 oz. of spaghetti. I used 8 oz. angel hair and it was too much. My family was disappointed. I won't make this again.

This pasta was very, very easy to make. I was cooking for a larger group, so I doubled the recipe. I used 1.5 lbs of spaghetti, 2 lbs ground turkey, no beer, 1 28-oz can crushed fire-roasted tomatoes, and one jar of garlic & herb spaghetti sauce (I like my pasta to be more sauce-y. For all the other ingredients, I folllowed the recipe. The Worchestershire sauce and the hot sauce definitely make this dish. Everyone kept commenting about how much they liked the unexpected kick to it! This dish easily fed 8-10 people and I still had some leftovers. Will definitely make this again!

This recipe is soooo easy and super tasty!! I added a couple extra peices of bacon and used freshly grated parm cheese instead of cheddar (a little more figure friendly and it is super good, my picky family went back for seconds!!

This recipe is even easier to make than regular spaghetti! Plus the spicy taste will really give your taste buds some variety.

As I tend to like this dish spicier than normal, I change the recipe to the following:
    1. Add a bit more Tabasco than the recipe calls for.
    2. Instead of using regular black pepper, I change to red pepper.

Lastly I recommend making these last suggestions:
    1. I usually do not add the beer as this recipe calls for to deglaze the pan as it helps keep the dish less 'soupy.'
    2. I tend to only add about 3/4 lb. of spaghetti for I like my spaghetti a little meatier!
    3. Following with the meatier taste, I tend to add about five slices of bacon vs. the three.

I hope these recommendations will help make this dish an amazing meal for you and yours!

The sauce was a little runny for my taste. I would also add more bacon, but overall, it was really good. My picky husband loved it so it is definately a keeper recipe for my house!
