    WITH OVER 83 RECIPES FOR CRAB CAKES I PICKED THIS ONE BY CHANCE...IT WASN'T EVEN RATED 5 STARS!!!! THESE CAKES ARE SO DELICIOUS!!! I HAD OVER 30 MINUTES SO I MADE THEM AHEAD OF TIME AND PUT IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR ONE HOUR....THEY COOKED UP PERFECT AND THE SAUCE IS A MUST!!!!!!

    Used 2 teaspoons of baking powder not 1 Tablespoon. Will try refrigerating before frying, like the other reviewing recommended. I love the red pepper sauce! I may add some garlic to it, though. Thank you for the great recipe.

    I made this for my husband who orders crab cakes frequently when traveling. He raved about it, saying it was as good as or better than the crab cakes he has had at top-notch restaurants. It was so easy to put together in less than 30 minutes. I can't wait to make these crab cakes again.

    I wanted to make crab cakes for an appetizer and found this recipe. Everyone raved about them, including a French Chef and a graduate from a culinary school in NY.

    The cakes are actually pretty easy to make you just have to make sure that you let your crab cakes chill once you mix them so that they don't break up in the hot grease, I've had yet to have one complaint.

    This is by far one of the best crab cake recipes I've ever had. I didnt make the red pepper sauce insted I just squeezed a little lemon juice on them. YUM!
