Next time I'm going to leave out the orange zest...not a real fan...but other than that it tasted great...just make sure its very cold!

This is a recipe that you can memorize and whip up when you are on the road and entertaining. The list of ingredients isn't terribly long and everyone asks for the recipe.
Make sure not to use imitation crab.

This looked fantastic and tasted really good, however I believe that I will make a few changes next time I make it. I am a fairly accomplished cook but I had some trouble figuring out the vague amounts of ingredients given in the recipe. I only used two radishes but it still turned out being way too much for my taste. Mabye my radishes were too big. Also, the amount of orange zest turned out being too much. Around here the oranges vary in size from being as small as a large lemon to as big as a grapefruit. I used a medium-size one. I also turned out with too much shallot. I will still recommend this recipe, but just pay attention to the amounts of each ingredient you are adding.
