I think this recipe would have been better if i had followed the recipe. Instead of using a high quality crab meat I used canned crab which wasnt the same AT ALL. I wouldnt recommend making this untill you have the proper ingredents.

maybe eating this on a snowy New England evening was poor planning on my part but it seemed maybe a little too light. It didn't have as much flavor as I had hoped. We served it with a salad tossed in red wine vinagrette, which was a nice accompaniment, but it seemed like more of a nice brunch or luncheon meal than a dinner

This was a fairly simple recipe to make, and turned out great. Make sure it stays chilled once you have made it though, otherwise it gets a little runny. We served it with some grilled baguette and it was a very nice touch to this item.

i tried this one with a little twist: i added some mayonnaise, red grapes (instead of orange navel, green onions, cilantro, hot sauce...delicious. also, i used pita bread instead. thanks rachel. you did it again.

Great recipe! Tasted fresh. Avacado would be a great addition to top the crap salad.

I find that all of Rachael's recipes are awesome. Infact her two shows, 30 minute meals and $40 a day are the best shows on TV not just the food network but all of TV

It was a very tasty and "fresh" recipe. It is perfect for the hot sunny days of Florida
