    I loved the sweetness and spicyness of the cornbread. Everyone in my family loved it! I will defintely make them again.

    Doesn't get much easier than this. I went with the Pepper Jack cheese. I like sweet cornbread, and I like spicy so this was a hit. I will try grating the cheese next time though. I think it will spread out better that way rather than have cheesy chunks.

    This is the perfect cornbread-sweet and moist! I will leave the scallions out next time, as I prefer the sweet taste of the corn without the onion flavor.

    We make these as often as we can. The only downside is that we could eat the whole pan in one sitting and still want more! This is one of the easiest recipes that gets the biggest response from anyone we make them for.

    I am having to give this a four rating since that is the average for my family's rating. I like it better than my husband and son, but in fairness, my husband never met a cornbread that he did like. This is a moist and flavorful bread and if you do like cornbread, I think you'll find this to your liking.

    We have made this receipe numerous times and everyone loves it. The prep is at the most 5 minutes - the oven does the rest - and it looks great on the platter. So Easy!!
