I made these last night with just a couple of changes. I made 6 burgers instead of 4, I baked them in the oven for 20 min @ 350, I used the bibb lettuce as the "bread" to make the sandwiches, and I just used the cranberry sauce by itself on top. They were awesome! I've never had ground turkey taste so moist and delicious. Next time I will use half the onion.

These are a big hit in our home. I saute the onion in chicken broth and grate, rather than chop, the apple. These steps help the apple and onion to combine better with the turkey.

Cranberry mayo is delicious. I did not have sourdough so I used regular english muffins. Enjoy!

This is something I've been making for a year now- and has became a family favorite between my elderly father and I!!!! VERY good!!! Only things I do different is,instead of doing the corn on the cob, I use frozen whole kernel corn, after it's cooked, I then do the chive butter...and I also, instead of using the sandwich sized English Muffins, I use Onion Kaiser Rolls...

Very tasty alternative to traditional version. I substituted shallot for the white onion and it was fine.

Racheal Ray has done it again-- she has invented yet another delicious burger. My beef loving husband now requests this alternative burger. Try using dry cranberries instead of canned if you want to cut down the sugar content. Provolone cheese on top is also a nice touch. Guests love this dish as well - it's both unique and delicious.

I made these today with a couple modifications. I baked these at 350 for 30 minutes, draining the juices once so I would not have to use any added fat. I also reduced the amount of onion to 1/4 c. They are like Thanksgiving on a plate. I love'em. I think they would make an awesome turkey loaf.

I was worried about the birgers falling apart on the grill with a the stuff mixed in so I blended the apple, onion, and celery with a little plain yogurt before mixing it the turkey. Great flavor and they didn't fall apart. I've also made this as a meatloaf and added dried cranberries. YUM!

This is so simple to make -- so healthy and perfect for small fast meals at home... I made some in the pan and some on my george foreman grill and on the grill these taste super healthy and are surprisingly light for a burger!! I'm definitely making these for forever and ever -- they rock!!
