Great for Fall, but anytime is a great time. These burgers are out of this world. Caution: use less apple, onion and celery .... or they won't hold together. Also, chop the apple, onion and celery very FINE. That will help them stay together. The English muffin adds to the "wow" factor, and the cranberry mayo is a must for the complete package here. You're going to love the chive butter on your corn, it's a great change of pace. It's another recipe your guests will ask you for.

I have been trying to eat more heathly and decided it was time to switch to Ground Turkey. I decided to try this recipe. OMG I would of been eating ground turkey along time ago if I had know it could be this delious. The Cran/Mayo rocks and can be used on any kind of grilled meat. I made a bunch of patties and froze the left overs. Now when I get a hankering I just take one out and heat it up and I am eating good. :

These turkey burgers were so good. Sometimes turkey burgers tend to be really dry, but the combination of all the veggies that go in this burger and the cranberry/mayo that is soooo good these are the best turkey burgers I have ever had!! Will make them again!!

I only used about half the apple the recipe called for - and I didn't need a half a cup of mayo - but the end results were perfect for a quick, after-work dinner. I'll make these again.

This recipe is very easy to follow and you can vary the items you put in the burger. I thought it was delicious!

The key is to not put in too much apple, celery, and onion they will fall apart.
The BEST part is the english muffins, I now serve all my burgers on english muffins it is great!

These are a healthy alternative to beef burgers, and offer so much more flavor. The celery, onion, apple and parsley combined with the poultry seasoning make for moist burgers with incredible flavor. The cranberry mayo is the final touch, and it is a must. The whole family will love these.

Since my favorite meal is a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, the ingredients in this burger really appealled to me. Unfortunately, the cranberry sauce seemed to overpower it.

I've made these on two different occasions already. They are excellent. Very easy to make. The only change I made on my second attempt was to pre cook the onions, celery and apple and slightly brown/caramelize them before adding to the turkey/seasoning mix.
