This is great! I love the simplicity of this recipe that really lets the blue cheese be the star. For a real treat try Roaring Forties Blue from a gourmet online source. This cheese is wonderful for dressings and on steaks or hamburgers. It has enough salt so that you need not add any. The cayenne in moderation is brilliant. Honestly, a dressing from this cheese I could eat by the spoonful. Serve it on your green salads or apple-walnut salad, or serve it with your crudite. I bet you will really love it.

Best Blue Cheese Dressing I've ever had and I'm a connoisseur. Very easy to make. I use this to accompany homemade buffalo wings.

This is the best blue cheese I ever had... I also add alittle lemon juice to it.
    Thanks Rachael

This recipe has wonderful texture and bleu cheese flavor. The type and quantity of cheese you use is a big factor. If you find the flavor slightly bland, squeeze in some fresh lemon juice. It took mine from good to great.

The taste of the dressing is amazing! Even members of my family who do not particularly like blue cheese, loved this dressing. However, I think it is a little bit too thick as a salad dressing.

I've had better, but this is not a bad recipe. I like mine a little more tangy.

The Dressing was good but the blue cheese was very strong and thick. A little went a long way.

This is a review for the blue cheese salad dressing and not the burgers. I tried both. The dressing was the bigger winner...big blue flavor for those who like it. You'll get whatever blue cheese flavor out that you put in so pick one you like.
