    Not creamy. I don't see how this can be called "creamy corn". Not much taste. I'd rather eat the Albertson's creamed corn.

    This dish was good however you have to make sure you get all the fuzz off the corn or it will be very stringy

    I've made this recipe several times. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! If fresh corn is not available, frozen will work too, but of course, fresh is better. Such an improvement over canned creamed corn; no comparison at all. Thanks Rachael for this delicious recipe!

    I really liked the red pepper and celery with the corn. Definitely better than what you get in a can.
