I halved this recipie since it was for two people. Also, I didn't have fresh thyme so I used dried. I am a new cook and I think I put too much or I don't really like thyme much. It really had a kick to it!! It looked very "pretty" and colorful, I didn't care much for it. My fiance ate it, but didn't love it either.

I used frozen corn-half yellow and half sweet white corn. It was great. The fresh thyme is a must. Already made it a couple times it's so easy and tastes great.

Sorry, I made this for dinner last weekend and none of us liked it. It was not creamy enough and I did not want to add cups (! more of cream like I see another reviewer did. All the things in here just made it kind of an odd dish. I won't try this one again!

I fixed this tonight, along with the pork chops from the same show, and both came out tasty. My husband loved the entire meal and finished up the applesauce.

Sorry, but we thought the thyme added a strange flavour to the corn. We also really did not care for the scallion flavour here. Also, the addition of the celery and peppers. This did not come out very creamy either, so it really was diappointing.

I found the red pepper to be a bit strange. It does taste better with the fresh corn, but for all intensive purposes, I think I shall stick to canned.
