    I thought this would be good to try for a change, but we really didn't care for this version with scallion, thyme, red bell pepper and celery. Sometimes, less is more.

    I tried your Creamy Corn recipe today and I have to say, it wasn't only beautiful to look at, but deliciouse too!

    Scraping the corn was fun, and smelling it while it cooked made me hungry. My family ate it all up, and they never do that.

    I thought I had to have cream corn from the can, but this recipe taught me that I can look pretty good in the kitchen too. Just wait until my friends taste it.

    This is now a favorite side dish in our house. It was easy to make and took little time to prepare. I didn't have celery in the fridge so I used green pepper instead of red, added a little celery seed and dry tyme. I am not a creamed corn lover (canned just doesn't hit the mark but this is so fresh and tasteful it rates at the highest.

    I never knew celery with corn could taste so good.The aroma and flavor
    are so inviting.This is one dish that will be repeated in my kitchen for
    many years to come.
