    I really liked this recipe. I made it late last night and it really cooked in the less than 30 minutes. I had to adapt a little bit as I didn't have the panchetta but I used bacon and I think it made it taste just as good.

    I saw Rachael cook this today and tried tonight.
    This was great.. I did not use beans, I added one can of petite diced tomatoes and small a couple of cups of small cooked shrimp at the end.

    My husband loved it!!
