I found the batter was easy enough to make, however, the fillings are a bit time consuming. My family loved the extra special treat.

I had never done crepes before, but I loved eating them, until I tried this recipe. It was a totally success since the first time I did it.
I love the idea of everyone preparing their own crepe. In three ocassions I have invited people over and have them prepare their crepes. Every time, my guests have had fun and enjoyed the meal. I also love the taste of the crepes with a little of brandy.
