This recipe was disappointing (I only made the Chicken Ragu. I followed the recipe but the sauce ended up being extremely runny. I had to add a thicker tomato sauce just to get it thick enough to mix with the pasta and even then, it was nothing special. Not worth another try.

The result was good, but suggest that the recipe be organized in a better manner, meaning, the way to prepare the ingredient should follow the ingredient in the item list, not in the preparation instructions. It was very hard to start cooking only to find out that certain ingredient required further preparation before it could be used.

I watched the show, and thought the chicken portion with whole wheat pasta looked very good. I went to the store, bought the ingredients, which was very reasonable. I substituted boneless skinless chicken breasts for the thighs. This was one of the best meals I have fixed to date that I have gotten from the Food Network. What was also amazing, is that my boyfriend said, "this actually tastes like real authentic Italian food from Italy!". When I told him that you actually created the recipe from visiting a restaurant in Tuscany, he was very impressed! Thanks Rachael for such an awesome recipe!!!

Rachel why did you have to make the Rx so difficult?? you added all ingredients in one RX. Difficult to understand, anyway it does not look like the best pasta.I am looking for a good pasta Rx(recipe for my daughter and roommates this Saturday. NOT THIS ONE!!

This was delish! But the best part was when I went to eat the leftovers a day or so later...it was great! I ate it cold like a pasta salad, I just drizzled a little bit of Italian dressing. I think the next time I make this dish I will remove the bacon and hold for last, finish making the dish and cool. Then pop it in the fridge for a day to let the flavor develop then serve and top with the bacon!!!! What a great pasta salad to take to a picnic!

Just made the chicken ragu and pasta for dinner. I wouldn't say it's the best Italian I've ever eaten, but it is definitely very nice, especially for something you can whip up for a nutritious weekday dinner within 40 mins (no way I can cook and multi-task as fast as Rachel. My picky hubby liked it, my 2-year-old kept asking for more. Our kid eats anything, but parents of picky eaters, this recipe hides the veggies nicely you can barely taste the onion and carrots. Definitely will cook it again, next time I'll add italian sausage and fresh mushroom to the ragu.

First of all I love Rachael Ray, but this dish was barely edible. My family gave it a thumbs down.
