These cutlets are to die for! They were so easy to make, I whipped them up in about 15 minutes. The breading was delicous! My grocery store was out of Basil, so I just bought a little container of pesto. My fiance and his buddies couldn't get enough of it! Thanks RR for a fantastic, SUPER easy, delicous meal!! I can't wait to make it again!

Don't usually care for the diva or her recipes, but have to give this one credit. All the flavors in the breading combine wonderfully and the sauce is so fresh tasting, it complements the breading. This has become a staple recipe.

I absolutely love this. The second time making it I used cod instead of chicken and it was just as great, maybe even a little better! "It looks like something I would be served in a restaurant" was how one of my dinner guests described it. This is definately an easy, delicious, and fancy dish.

I made a huge batch of the chicken over the weekend. I got a load of compliments about the flavor and the moist chicken. My husband begged me to save some for leftovers the next day. He rarely reacts this way to a meal!!
