    This is my favorite Rachael dish so far! The breading and pesto sauce go so well together, and the rice dish compliments them perfectly. I'll definitely make this one for guests.

    This was really yummy. You have to make it with the risi side dish as recommended as the flavors go great together. I made one HUGE mistake and forgot to buy basil for the sauce, so I tried to just to parsley with the lemon juice, but that was just so so. I am sure it will be awesome next time I make it with the basil!!!

    This recipe was very easy to make and was very, very good!!! The pine nuts are on the pricey side, but they are well worth the cost of this ingredient. This is one recipe that my husband requests often!!!

    These Chicken cutlets are real good, maybe a little spicy for the little ones but a perfect flavor for me. The pine nuts help keep it nice and moist. One of my favorites!

    This is such an easy, classy dish. It has the taste of pesto for those who love it, but without the sauce it will still make a hit with those hard to please plain jane kids.
