This was fabulous!! Everybody loved it. I usually have 1 or 2 people at our house who don't like it when I deviate from the norm and do something new, but they all adored this dish!! Any leftover chicken makes a great sandwich the next day also.

I have tried the Crispy Chicken Cutlets and it was absolute fantastic I didn't have poultry seasoning, so I used sage, it was good..the rice was too..I used Uncle Ben's rice and it turned out just and good..

easy. looked like you spent alot of time in the kitchen. can use with turkey. fresh herbs are the key. delicious.

The crispy chicken and rice was delicious. We tried the recipe tonight and they are a nice variation from regular chicken and rice meals. The rice was really tasty and was easy to make. However, I think the whole recipe took longer than 30 minutes to prepare. Overall, I would recommend these recipes. Thanks for the ideas.
