Rachel Ray has done it again with an amazing recipe. The crispy chicken cutlets are seasoned to perfection and the basil-parsley sauce is a sure winner. This really seems like a fancy meal and only you will know it took minutes to make.

I didn't like the flavors on the chicken and the pesto tasted like cleaning products.

I made this for my family and we all loved it! I used chicken breasts instead of cutlets, and they turned out great! Since then i have tried the recipe with chicken fingers as well, and they also came out great! Thanks Rachel!

I substituted pork cutlets since my husband will not each chicken in any form or fashion. He absolutely loved it and said it was definately a keeper recipe. I thoughly enjoyed and liked having the sauce on it instead of a a gravy. You know us Southerners love the gravy but this was such a refreshing change.

This dish was absolutely wonderful. The basil parsley sauce really combines all of the flavors for the chicken. I made the cheesy reesy without peas and loved it. Definitely a winner in my house!!

This chicken recipe is easy and delicious. With just my husband and I, the pesto recipe makes enough for two meals. The pesto freezes very well, so making extra for future meals is easy. This tastes like an authentic milanese... wonderful! Thanks Rachael!

Fantastic! I browned the chicken and baked it for about 15 minutes. I made extra pesto sauce and used it to serve with pasta. My family loved it, definately a keeper!
