    I made this for my boyfriend and me, and we both LOVED it...Mr. "It's-Okay" RAVED about this and asked me to make sure to keep the recipe. I did eliminate the zest from the breading, as I don't care for it, but it was still AWESOME. Loved the sauce, too. It was the perfect complement, as were the plum tomatoes, to the chicken.

    These were de-licious!! The sauce was very easy to make and the lemon in both the sauce and the zest in the breading really brighten this dish. Top that with some juicy ripe tomato and it's wonderful! I used whole wheat breadcrumbs and served this with some mashed cauliflower and had a great heatlhy meal.

    First of all the chicken itself was to die for. Something about the breading mixture was perfect. Second, the sauce had the perfect kick and when well with the chicken. I had no leftovers!
