This dish was a great success! The chicken was crunchy and tasty on the outside, and moist, flavorful, and juicy on the inside. Topping the chicken with the pesto sauce added a nice, bright flavor to the dish that both my husband and I enjoyed.

This is a great chicken recipe, the sauce is unbelievably good for how simple it is. Pairs wonderfully with the rice!! Very good meal

Loved the chicken, it's even delicious without the sauce. I liked the sauce but thought I was going to love it. I will certainly make this recipe again, but I'll try more garlic and more cheese for the breadcrumb mix. I did not make the rise e bisi.

I cannot believe that anyone couldn't love this chicken! I made it for a wide and varied audience - including my picky kids, my *sauce should be red* husband, my sister (who is a chefand my health food addicted best friend. All agreed this was one of the tastiest recipes for chicken cutlets to be found!

I would encourage those naysayers to give it one more shot - maybe go a little lighter on the lemon or be a little more heavy handed with the pine nuts. And the food processor DOES make a difference...

The 'breading' for the chicken was so delicious that I used it again to make hamburger patties. The sauce was zesty. This may be the best chicken cutlet dish I've ever made or eaten.

I made the crispy chicken cutlets and they were wonderful with the rice. I wasn't hot on the basil parsley sauce.

Delicious! Easy to make and my family loved it. The wonderful secret is that the flavor is all in the breading. Highly recommend it, especially if you're not much of a cook.
