These chicken cutlets were so moist you didn't even need a knife to cut them! I don't have a food processor but I just chopped up all the ingredients and mixed them together and it made a great coating. I'll definitely make these again!

I thought the crispy chicken was very flavorful. The sauce added color, and a little zing from the lemon, but next time I will probably just add lemon slices to the serving plate and skip the sauce.

I absolutely love this recipe and so does my husband. It really only takes 30 minutes to prepare and it is so delicious. There is a review on here that says it took 3 hours to make. Wow, I feel sorry for that person as I can put together a party for 20 people in 3 hours and cook 7 or 8 different things.

This crust was delicious! I should have held off on chicken until rice was half-way done cause this chicken cooks fast. The sauce was OK...only had dry basil but I liked the zest.

Had 2 chicken cutlets to fix for dinner tonight but I've never fixed them before. Checked on foodnetwork.com and chose this recipe and I'm glad that I did because it was quick and super tasty. Husband looked shocked when he tasted it!

You don't even need to make the sauce. It is just so, so good.

What a nice change from your average breaded cutlet! Keeper for company.

I loved this recipe. I will use the breading again and again. Going to try it on fish this weekend. The sauce was a welcome tangy contrast to the chicken.

My Husband is Italian and he cooks his chicken great, but Reachel's chicken cutless with the pesto sauce is out of this world delicious!!!
