Fantastic salad. Easy and flavorful. The variety of veggies keeps it interesting, the unique vinaigrette adds to this, and the the colors make this seem like a professional salad. If you want to impress a crowd, pull this one out the next time people are over.

Excellent and healthy salad. The dressing is very concentrated which means you don't need very much. Great salad!

My husband and I absolutely loved this refreshing green salad. I don't usually eat radishes but I did here! Very simple to prepare, too.

I made this salad for a party and two guests fought for the leftovers and one asked me to email her the recipe. I left out the scallions and radishes to make it a bit more user friendly and even my husband - who hates fancy salads - loved it.

Good, tasty salad that mixed things up a little bit. I added some chicken that I glazed with and sauteed in the plum sauce. It turned out great. Go easy with the fried noodles, or they can easily overwhelm this dish. I'll definitely make it again.

Excellent Salad! I made this for dinner last night with the Korean BBQ Flank Steak and it was a huge hit. Then had the salad again for lunch the next day but used a sesame ginger dressing and it was just as good. This one is a keeper!

Didn't even read reviews before making this salad it just looked so awesome on TV. I will make this regularly! Also, the wide noodles are served in most Chinese Take Out places, so if grocery store doesn't have try there. Thanks Rachel for making even me a good cook!!
