I hate swiss cheese, so I substituted cheddar, but it was delicious!!! Definitely a very "heavy" sitting food though (cheese, eggs, etc!, so serve it with something light like a broth soup. To make it bit lighter (at least calorie wise, though doesn't make a difference with taste, I cooked the eggs just with nonstick spray instead of butter, and sprayed the bread and toasted in a nonstick pan.

This was so delicious and easy to make. My boyfriend and I loved it. I used fontina instead of swiss; and the next time I make it, I'll add a little more mustard to the sauce. Definitely a keeper!

I've never cooked anything before in my life and I think I picked the perfect thing to start out with! It was so easy to make and it really did taste delicious. I scrambled the egg instead of sunny side up, and it was great! It was so good I made it two days in a row! I think I'm going to memorize the recipe before the week's up!

I have not had this dish since I lived in Paris. Rachael Ray's take on it (adding the mustard is wonderful. I made it for my husband last night and he said he could've eaten three more. Even his picky friend said he wanted me to make it for him next time he was over at our house!

Quick, easy, and inexpensive. I already had everything on hand and my family raved about it. I will be making this again for a quick supper on a busy night.
