    I saw the show and decided to make the dish for my boyfriend the next night. he was so impressed and made sure that I wrote the recipe down so I wouldn't forget. He thought it was the best sandwich he ever tasted. it was so easy to make. I love it

    After a morning spent Christmas shopping. An exhausted wife, this recipe was a Godsend. Quick, easy and good for any meal.

    Just returned from Paris where I had this sandwich several times. The recipe is easy to make and my first bite reminded me of a favorite cafe on the Left Bank. Rachel is right--food really does help you relive your travels.

    This was a delicious recipe. I made this tonite for my family and they all LOVED it! (including our 4 and 5 year oldIt was fabulous and VERY easy to make and I'll be making it a lot more often from now on.

    This sandwich is absolutely wonderful and by far hte best croque madame I have ever had. The sauce is so good, the dijon and nutmeg give it just the right touch of fabulous flavor.

    The Croque Madame is a favorite of mine and my husband, and this recipe is delicious and very easy to make. I've made this several times and keep the recipe handy.
