Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 2 ounces chopped nut topping, found on baking aisle of market
  • 4 Maraschino cherries

Directions

Top large scoops of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, a drizzle of honey, crushed corn flakes, chopped nut topping and a cherry on top. Serve.

    This dessert was really good. The corn flakes give it a crunchy texture and the sugar and honey add a really nice sweetness. It tastes a lot like fried icecream, and if you use fat-free vanilla, it's really low-cal as well. This is also a great recipie becuase all the ingredients are very common and we always have them in the house.
