THis was such a great recipe. I used reduced fat peanut butter and ate it off a plate instead of the sticks. I used Vanilla Almond Crunch Granola which was excellent. I dont understand how people can complain about this recipe, banana's turned brown, messy..give me a break! I had no problems and it satisfied my craving! Will definitely make again and again..

i know its not the healthiest but insted of granola, substitute it for finely grinded nuts, and on the uncovered side of the banana, drizzle warm melted semi sweet chocolate chips and butter.

For years I have made peanut butter/banana/honey sandwiches by smashing it all together with a fork then spreading the "goop" on bread. After seeing Rachel's recipe with granola, I decided to try a less messy method. I made the "goop" as usual, but instead of bread, I spread it on a granola bar. Easy to eat and yummy!!!

on the show you said it would make a great alternative soothing thing for babies who are teething.. but babies cant have peanut butter until theyre 1 or honey until theyre 2. its great for older people tho. (:

These are terrific! I saw the episode and sent my husband out for popsicle sticks. Super easy to make and very filling. I love the peanut butter/honey combo and will use the previous reviewer's idea of putting it on apples, because it does make more than you need for the bananas. The only thing I changed was the method of coating the bananas. Instead of using a spatula to spread the peanut butter on, I warmed up the peanut butter in a shallow dish and just rolled the banana in it. Much easier and you get better coverage. Then I rolled them in the granola. Yum! I can't wait until my daughter is old enough to enjoy them.

I really liked these. I didn't put them on sticks, and I don't think it needed that much granola, but oh they were so good!

I tried to make these as a special treat for the family. The banannas turned brown and icky where the peanut butter didn't cover them. Good thing I added honey to the peanut butter, since it turned all oily after I microwaved it. The honey helped it stick together. My kids had to change their clothes after eating them since they are messy.

i have to admit i was skeptical about this recipe but it turned out great! the only problem is that it slips off the sticks too easily. i think it would have been better if the sticks were just left out. but other than that it was really good :]
