This was very easy & very tasty. The whole family, including my 8 yr & 4 yr old, liked it. I only cooked the tenderloin, we didn't try the rice. We will surely have this again.

The prep time took about 30min. and the cooking time varied. took about 90min.(according to the meat thermometer I think that chicken breast would be a great substitue because its less expensive and would take less time to cook. However with all the ingredients blended this was a very tasty meal.

Used tumeric in the rice. Will use less next time.

Very easy to cook and delicious. I used a meat thermometer rather than time to get complete. I cooked at 425.
