This is by far one of the most flavorful pork dishes I have ever made. The lime and the anise are such a beautiful combination. My family has asked me to make it over and over again. It is also amazing on chicken and it is so easy to make.

This was a delicious way to prepare tenderloin; especially if you are looking for something different. It's not hot, but rather a tasty blend of seasonings. Don't skip the anis seed, it really makes it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a bit too salty. I suggest that you limit the grill seasoning to one tablespoon instead of the recommended two tablespoons. You'll enjoy it then for sure. Also, the rice is luscious. How bad can it be, you fry bacon right into it?

This pork dish was absolutely delicious, easy and quick to prepare. The ingredients were easy to find and the leftovers were just as good the next day.

There is not much to add.... Everybody is right. This is by far the best pork recipe. Make it and you won't be disappointed. Quick and easy and exceptionally tasty! My family can't get enough of this:

This was so delicious and easy to make. The flavors were amazing. The only "issue" I had was that I didn't have some of the spices on hand. It seems that quite of few of Rachel Ray's recipes call for a lot of specialty ingredients that aren't always in the pantry. The $17 in spices was worth it if you consider that I will be making this dish again and again.

Amazing! This is such a nice dish. I've used it on pork chicken and even served it with tofu for myself since I' a vegetarian and it's always a hit. The rice can be made with fake bacon too and it is delicious!
