my wife doesnt like rice, but she couldn't get enough. The crust on the tenderloin looks as though it will not be tasty, but it is incredible!

this dish is so flavorful - the pork combined with all the spices is so easy to make. i always make it for guests and they love the pork. the rice is perfect with the pork as well. add some plaintains and it is very "cubano".

It was easy to make but would like a marinade that will allow the tenderloin to be more moist.

This is one of the best meals I have prepared in a long time. For the rice recipe, instead of white rice, I used valencian rice. I also served black beans and plantains for an absolutely perfect Cuban meal.

Realy good and very easy. Rice is a flavorful accent to the pork.

This is probably my favorite "30-minute meals" recipe. It really is simple and the mix of spices is perfect, though as a personal preference we skip the anise. We also use a little more of the spices to ensure a thick coat on the pork, giving it a nice crust when it bakes. After watching this episode, my husband, who is just starting to experiment with cooking and baking, decided to give it a try. It turned out even better than it looked on the program! This recipe is great for novice cooks or anyone who likes to entertain. It can easily be increased to feed a crowd, and they will definitely be impressed!

I'm a big fan of Latin food and this was no exception. The tenderloin was melt in your mouth delicious and the rice came out perfect. I did add golden raisins and chopped green olives to the rice which I think made it perfect. All in all it was an easy and very tasty meal. I'll definitely make it again.

It was fast, but my tenderloin came out dry.
