This receipe was really easy to make and super tasty. My husband used thin sliced Italian bread that he brushed with olive oil and then grilled and I used up some panini bread we had in our freezer. I don't like peppers or scallions so just chopped up dill pickles, but in all other aspects I stuck to the recipe.

Good recipes - omit the limbo stick...not cuban.

This was so delicious. I skipped the relish and sugary bread and used ciabatta bread instead. Toasted the ciabatta with butter and garlic salt in the oven and then put everything back in the oven to melt. Through on a crunchy dill pickle and OMG, so good.

Can't wait to make it again.

Everyone LOVED this recipe, thought the homemade relish made the dish unique and topped it off with a great flavor

The sandwich was really good. I had left over kaiser rolls that I used and they turned out well even though they weren't flakey. Also I couldn't find sweet pepper relish so I added sugar to regular relish to give it some sweetness. My boyfriend was a big fan of this recipe!

This is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I fixed it for the guys at work and they fell in love!! I used a green pepper jelly and a jalapeno jelly in place of the red pepper relish though.

This recipe introduced my family and me to flavors we might not otherwise experience. I followed it exactly with the exception of the bread which I could not find in my local area. The pork was juicy and delicately seasoned with citrus, garlic and onion which I love. My husband and kids thought it was a nice change of pace. Two thumbs up!

I did add roasted/chopped anaheim chilies to the chopped peppers. added a bit of kick, though not too much.
