made this today as a trial run for the 4th of July! I took a quick taste right after i made it, but honestly, i think it needs to marinade a while before the true flavor comes out! it was quick, easy and very colorful, sure to dress up your summer picnic!

I used green onions instead and it turned out very nice.
Nice color, nice flavor, and simple.
Perfect for eating outside on your front porch.

Really simple to make. We are garlic freaks, so I added a clove or two. Tasted great!

I kept waiting for a better flavor but I never found it. This was not bad for a summer side salad and we certainly all ate it, but there are many other recipes out there for cucumbers and tomatoes that are so full of great flavor that we will not be making this one again.

I needed something quick and cool, and wanted to use up a cucumber that I had. My whole family loved it, even my non-salad eating teenager. I will use this again and want to make it for our next office party.

I love this recipe and make almost every night when my backyard tomatoes are ripe. Much better with red onions, but work great with Vidalia's too!.

When I make it I put it in a quart ziploc bag and let it sit a few hours. Even better overnight.

Made this for lunch in a hurry - great for spring-summer when tomatoes are ripe or fresh from your garden!

This is a simple recipe, but oh, so good. My husband wants it all the time.

This recipe is so easy and very good. One thing I did when I made it the second time was used only 1T of red wine vinegar. I have made this for family get togethers and they all loved it.
