    This recipe is fast and easy. Beware though, it has a bite if you are a person who likes their spices mild, you might want to add a little at a time until you get it to your taste.

    I thought this was a very good recipe but it was very spicy to some other members in the family and they didnt care for it but I love spicy food so I thought it was fantastic.

    My husband & I loved this recipe. He came home and commented that the house smelled of curry. He couldn't believe I made this recipe from scratch and that it was so delicious. This is a man who rarely praises my cooking. I couldn't believe how simple this was to prepare and how yummy it was. Rachel Ray Rocks!

    Simple, fast, and delicious. I served this for a Fall dinner, and it was a hit. The spider web presentation was wonderful idea...incredibly easy and effective. I still can't believe such a popular dish took about 15 minutes to make! This is definitely going to be a regular addition to my entertaining menus.

    This is my favorite carrot soup recipe ever! I love to add a little extra curry to spice it up a bit. Super fast, super easy, super delicious, what else could you want!

    This was so buttery and tasty. I also added just a bit of brown sugar for taste. It was also sweet enough with the baby carrots alone. Taste almost like squash soup. MMMMMMMMM!

    This is a very delicious recipe, but I do caution that the curry needs to be cutback just a little. It does have a little bit of a bite.

    I used ginger instead of curry and it was very good. It was a little to spicey hot for me. I think next time I would only put 1/4 tsp red pepper in it.
