I had this sandwich on Nantucket on July 20, 2006, and it was so wonderful with all the colorful flavors that explodes in your mouth as you eat it. I had it on Portguese bread at Something Natural. You would just have to taste as you season when making this recipe at home. Again, it's a fantastic recipe and it's now my favorite salad ever!

If you like curry, you will love this recipe. Easy to make and full of flavor. The raisins and cashews make if fully authentic.

This recipe worked great, it was simple and easy. I did decrease the amount of dijon mustard by half. It tasted too much like dijon before.

I too found this to be too mustardy when I first made it. In subsequent attempts, I've used less mustard and now this is one of my favorites. I use red grapes instead of raisins and I sometimes add celery and bell peppers if I have them on hand.

Way too mustard-y for me and way too spicy. I may have bought the wrong kind of curry powder because this was inedible and I love curried chicken salad. I'll look for another recipe. I didn't like the mustard flavor.

Served this at a scrapbooking party. The ladies loved it. My family also enjoyed it. Added the nuts to the salad as suggested in earlier reviews however will try rolling in nuts for a fancier occasion!

I made this last night for a bbq with friends and it went over wonderfully. Everyone love it and I loved it more because it was so simple.

Added red bell peppers, celery and green onions. Loved it!
