this recipe is unbelieveable! Perfect consistency- the rotisserie chicken adds so much flavor! And the yogurt is a great idea for someone like me, who doesn't like mayo. The grapes add a great sweetness and crunch.

this was so easy, and quick. I used sour cream instead of yogurt, and rasins instead of grapes. The dressing was real easy and tasty.

My husband and I absolutely loved this chicken salad with the naan-chos. It's like a party of flavors in your mouth. This is a meal I'll make for guests. It took me closer to an hour and a half to make, but it was worth it. I don't know how Rachel Ray made both of these dishes in a half-hour, but she is the professional:

This meal was easy, and my roommates loved it! We all work full time and go to school too, so we don?t have a lot of cooking time. I am not as skilled as Rachel though, it took me 45 minutes to make both the nachos and the salad.

Something I won't hear anymore. One bite of this delightful salad made a convert out of a professed curry hater!

I've been looking for this recipe after having it at a catered luncheon. Using the rotisserie chicken seems to add extra flavor. I didn't have plain yogurt on hand, so I substituted Miracle Whip instead. What a great dish for a potluck.
